American Indians and Alaska Natives (AI/ANs) are among the first inhabitants ofNorth America and thus have experienced a number of population changes over the past couple hundred years. A few examples of the changes are due to the arrival of new immigrants, the establishment of new governments, and growing rates of inter-racial marriage. In this module, you will begin to describe the AI/AN population in the United States at national, state, and county level. As you do the following exercises, you will conduct analysis and write a brief paragraph about what you observe and report changes.
